Two real products. Here is how to tell which one is yours.
A long-established practice management product aimed at small firms, sold with published per-user pricing and a strong client-communication feature set.
This page is written by Trial Commander, so read it as what it is. Every claim we make about our own product below is one you can hold us to. We have not reproduced MyCase's prices or feature list — go to their pricing page and read the current one.
What Trial Commander does
Claims about our product, stated so they can be checked against the trial.
What to ask MyCase
Questions rather than claims, because we are not the right source for what another vendor's product does today. Ask us the same ones.
- →Is three-way trust reconciliation in the plan price, or is it the paid accounting add-on?
- →Are deadlines computed from the statute and rule for my jurisdiction, or from a rules set I configure?
- →Can I connect my own AI subscription rather than paying per user for AI?
What we can say about MyCase, and where it came from
Each line names the page it was read from and the date it was read. Vendors change their products; if one of these is out of date, it is out of date from that day.
Where MyCase is the better answer
A small firm that wants a mature, widely-used product with published pricing and does not need jurisdiction-specific statutory deadline computation will be well served, and will find far more people who already know the software.
